Tabernacle Baptist Church A Church with a Heart for People! |

At Tabernacle Baptist
Church, people are always more important than programs. Programs are merely a tool to organize
church members into fruitful fellowship and effective service to the Lord and
to each other.
Preaching. Preaching is the heart of a church. We practice expository verse-by-verse
preaching from the entire Bible.

Sunday School for all ages.
We have Sunday School classes for all ages, from toddler to
adult. Sunday School begins at 9:45
each Sunday morning.
Master Clubs for Children. Master Clubs meet every Wednesday
night at 7pm. We have clubs for
children from age 2—grade 6. Teens and
adults are welcomed to stay for our interactive adult Bible study held during
the same time.

Ladies’ Hospitali-Tea. Ladies meet monthly, on the first or second Saturday
of the month, for a time of food, fellowship, a devotion, and a time for
crafts and games. All women and girls
are welcome. Check the church calendar
for the next date. Each year the
ladies celebrate Mother’s Day with a
Mother-Daughter
Luncheon, and
Christmas with a
Ladies
Christmas Craft Day.
Vacation Bible School (July). Held yearly, a time to throw open the doors and
invite the neighborhood children for a time of singing, puppet shows, games,
snacks, and crafts, but especially the Good News of what Jesus did for them. Family Activities. Regularly scheduled activities the whole family can
participate in, including
hay
rides;
bowling;
Prayer,
Praise and Pie (Thanksgiving fellowship time); Christmas caroling and
church
picnics. Evangelism.
Fulfilling
the Lord’s commission through local door-to-door evangelism, sharing the
Gospel through special events, and through prayer and financial support of
missionaries throughout the world.
